In Case of Shipping Issues
Delay:
DIA CRAFTSMEN can not be responsible for delay caused by shopping and customs. please track the status of your delivery and contact your local post office.
Damage:
If you have received the product damaged during delivery, please e-mail us within 3 days after receiving it. Please make sure to take photo of the damaged item.
We will offer you a refund or replacement.
Lost:
Please e-mail us in case you never received your parcel. We will ship a replacement or issue a full refund in case you do not need the order anymore.
