Yamazakura (wild cherry tree) wooden plates made by Japanese woodcraft artisan Yoshida Kinji.
This is DIA original large sized plates that is suitable for your table. Often the dishes in Japan is smaller size, but this is large enough for your table.
Yamazakura is cherry tree native to Japan, and it is characterized by less warping and high resistance as it is used as an engraving board for Ukiyoe. The texture of the tree itself is fine and smooth, and the unique and beautiful texture created by Kinji by hand is making each pieces very special.
This plate is suitable for any dishes such as bread, fruits, pinchosu, sandwich, salad, and even for meat or fish dishes.

Instructions for Care
Before first use, rinse with warm water and dry.
Hand wash only with a soft sponge and neutral detergent.
Do not soak in water for long periods of time.
Wipe thoroughly with a soft cloth and store in a cool, dry place.

Do not use an abrasive sponge as it may scratch the product.
Do not use cleanser, bleach or abrasive scourer.
Do not use in a microwave or an oven.
Do not expose the product to extreme temperatures such as direct sunlight as it may cause deformation.
